The Sutra
"Beloved, at this moment let mind, knowing, breath, form, be included."
Paul Reps translation, Zen Flesh, Zen Bones (1957)
Understanding
Right now, at this very moment, include everything. Do not exclude mind - include it. Do not exclude knowing - include it. Do not exclude breath - include it. Do not exclude your physical form - include it. Total inclusion at this moment. When everything is included and nothing is rejected, there is no division. Total inclusion IS the void because the void is not emptiness - it is fullness that excludes nothing.

How to Practice
Sit or stand wherever you are. Do not try to change anything about this moment.
Include your mind - thoughts, chaos, peace, whatever is there. Yes, include it all.
Include the act of knowing itself - the awareness that is reading these words.
Include your breath - its rhythm, its depth, its temperature.
Include your form - your body, its weight, its position, its sensations.
Include everything at once. Mind, knowing, breath, form - all together, right now. This total inclusion is meditation.
