1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Bhairav Aaradhyaa platform ("Platform"), available at bhairavaaradhyaa.com and all associated subdomains, applications, and services, you ("User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bhairav Aaradhyaa ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility

The general educational and devotional content on this Platform (including stotras, articles, philosophical texts, and informational content about Bhairava forms) is accessible to users of all ages.

The Life Purpose Algorithm service is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing the Life Purpose Algorithm, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We verify age during the questionnaire process and reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not meet the age requirement.

By creating an account on the Platform, you represent that you are providing accurate information and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Nature of the Platform

Bhairav Aaradhyaa is an educational and devotional platform dedicated to spreading awareness and understanding of Bhairava worship, Shaiva-Shakta traditions, and related spiritual practices. The Platform provides:

  • An encyclopedia of Bhairava forms and their significance
  • Sacred stotras (hymns) with translations and guidance
  • Articles on philosophy, theology, and spiritual traditions
  • Vidhi (procedural guides) for worship and devotion
  • Stories from sacred scriptures (shastras)
  • A japa (mantra chanting) counter for personal practice tracking
  • The Life Purpose Algorithm, a paid spiritual guidance tool
  • Sadhana (spiritual practice) guidelines and recommendations
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The Platform and all its content, including but not limited to the Life Purpose Algorithm, are provided strictly for educational, informational, and devotional purposes. Nothing on this Platform constitutes, is intended to constitute, or should be construed as: medical advice, psychological or psychiatric counselling, professional therapy, career guidance, financial advice, legal advice, or any form of professional consultation. The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or other qualified professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Account Registration and Security

Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. Authentication is managed through Firebase (a Google service). By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or third parties.

5. Life Purpose Algorithm: Terms and Disclaimers

The Life Purpose Algorithm ("Algorithm") is a paid feature that analyses your self-reported questionnaire responses to generate a personalised Bhairava form recommendation and spiritual guidance. By using the Algorithm, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

5.1 Nature of Output

The Algorithm's output is spiritual guidance based on traditional Shaiva-Shakta frameworks. It is not, and shall not be construed as, professional counselling, psychological assessment, personality testing, medical diagnosis, career guidance, or any form of professional recommendation. The Algorithm applies traditional spiritual frameworks to self-reported data and should be treated as one perspective among many in your spiritual practice.

5.2 Accuracy and Completeness

The quality of the Algorithm's output depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide in the questionnaire. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, suitability, or applicability of the Algorithm's results for any particular purpose. Results may vary and are inherently subjective in nature.

5.3 No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee that following the recommendations provided by the Algorithm will result in any specific spiritual, personal, professional, health-related, or other outcomes. Any decisions you make based on the Algorithm's output are made entirely at your own risk and discretion.

5.4 Payment Terms

Each payment for the Life Purpose Algorithm grants access to one (1) result analysis. If you wish to retake the questionnaire and obtain a new analysis, a separate payment is required. There are no subscriptions, memberships, or unlimited access plans associated with the Algorithm.

5.5 Assumption of Risk

You expressly assume all risk associated with your use of the Algorithm and any actions you take based on its output. You acknowledge that spiritual guidance is inherently personal and subjective, and that the Platform cannot anticipate or be responsible for how you interpret, apply, or act upon the results.

6. Spiritual Practice Disclaimer

THIS SECTION CONSTITUTES A CRITICAL DISCLAIMER. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

6.1 Educational Purpose Only

All sadhana (spiritual practice) information, japa (mantra chanting) guidance, meditation techniques, fasting protocols, puja vidhi (worship procedures), and any other spiritual or devotional practices described or referenced on this Platform are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. The Platform does not prescribe, recommend, mandate, or endorse any specific practice as a treatment, cure, or remedy for any physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual condition.

6.2 Full Assumption of Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you assume full and complete responsibility for any and all sadhana, japa, meditation, fasting, rituals, pujas, tantric practices, or any other spiritual or devotional activities that you choose to perform, whether or not such activities are described, referenced, or recommended on this Platform or through the Life Purpose Algorithm. This includes, without limitation:
  • Physical effects (fatigue, discomfort, injury, or health changes from fasting, prolonged meditation, or physical aspects of worship)
  • Psychological and emotional effects (altered states of consciousness, emotional distress, anxiety, or other psychological experiences)
  • Spiritual experiences (visions, intense devotional states, or other subjective spiritual phenomena)
  • Social consequences (changes in lifestyle, relationships, or social standing resulting from spiritual practice)

6.3 Professional Consultation Required

We strongly recommend that before undertaking any spiritual practice (particularly intensive sadhana, prolonged fasting, advanced tantric practices, or practices involving significant lifestyle changes), you:
  • Consult a qualified and experienced spiritual guru or teacher within the relevant tradition
  • Seek advice from a licensed medical professional, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions
  • Consult a qualified mental health professional if you have a history of psychological conditions
  • Proceed gradually and mindfully, paying attention to your physical and mental wellbeing

6.4 No Guru-Disciple Relationship

Use of this Platform does not establish any guru-disciple (guru-shishya) relationship between you and the Platform, its creators, contributors, or any individual associated with the Platform. The Platform is a digital resource, not a spiritual authority, and should not be treated as a substitute for a personal spiritual guide.

6.5 Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and rights to compensation against the Platform, its founders, operators, contributors, affiliates, and agents arising from or related to any physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, or other harm or loss that you experience as a result of, or in connection with, any spiritual or devotional practice you perform, whether or not such practice was described, referenced, or recommended on this Platform.

7. Content, Traditions, and Religious Sensitivity

7.1 Tradition and Perspective

The content on this Platform is presented primarily from the perspective of Shaiva-Shakta traditions, with a specific focus on Bhairava worship and related practices. We acknowledge that interpretations of sacred texts, rituals, and spiritual practices may differ across various sampradayas (traditions), lineages, and schools of thought. Our content is presented in good faith, drawing from authentic scriptures, traditional commentaries, and scholarly sources.

7.2 No Promotion of Harmful Activities

The Platform categorically does not promote, endorse, encourage, facilitate, or condone any illegal, harmful, unethical, or anti-social activity of any kind, including but not limited to: black magic, sorcery intended to harm others, animal sacrifice (unless in the context of historical/scriptural discussion), any form of manipulation or coercion, superstitious practices that exploit vulnerable individuals, or any activity that violates the laws of India or the user's jurisdiction.

7.3 Tantric Traditions

References to tantric traditions on this Platform are presented in their authentic scholarly, philosophical, and devotional context. Tantra, as understood and presented here, refers to a legitimate and ancient system of spiritual philosophy and practice within Hinduism. Any content related to tantric practices is intended for educational understanding and devotional application, and is not intended to be sensationalised, misrepresented, or used for any purpose contrary to the spirit of the tradition.

7.4 Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in our translations, interpretations, and presentations of sacred content, we acknowledge that errors may exist. The Platform is not an authoritative religious institution, and our content should not be treated as canonical or definitive. Users are encouraged to cross-reference with traditional sources and consult qualified scholars for matters of scriptural interpretation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, compilations, translations, articles, algorithms, software code, user interface designs, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and the selection and arrangement thereof) is the intellectual property of Bhairav Aaradhyaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Ancient sacred texts, stotras, and mantras that are in the public domain remain in the public domain. Our specific compilations, translations, commentaries, and curated presentations of such texts are our original works and are protected by copyright.

The Life Purpose Algorithm (including its methodology, scoring logic, form-matching framework, and presentation format) is proprietary intellectual property. Reverse-engineering, replicating, or redistributing the Algorithm or its output in any form is strictly prohibited.

9. Payment and Refund Policy

9.1 Pricing

The Life Purpose Algorithm is a paid service. Pricing is determined based on your geographic location: users in India are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) via Instamojo, and users outside India are charged in British Pounds (GBP) via Stripe. Prices are displayed clearly before payment and are subject to change without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect payments already completed.

9.2 Digital Product: No Refunds

The Life Purpose Algorithm delivers a digital product: personalised spiritual guidance generated instantaneously upon questionnaire completion and payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the result has been generated and delivered. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

9.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe and Instamojo). We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, UPI credentials, or bank account details. All payment data is handled directly by the respective payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards.

9.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke access to all paid content. We encourage you to contact us at support@bhairavaaradhyaa.com to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Platform's content without our prior written consent
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content or data from the Platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or algorithms
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform's content or services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security features, or other users' access
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use the Platform to harass, abuse, defame, or harm any individual or group
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Platform through your account
  • Misrepresent the Platform's content, recommendations, or the nature of the Algorithm's output to third parties

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • The Platform, its content, and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
  • In no event shall Bhairav Aaradhyaa, its founders, operators, contributors, affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, health, wellbeing, spiritual experiences, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount you actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred), whichever is greater.
  • We are not liable for any content, products, or services provided by third parties, including but not limited to payment processors, hosting providers, or linked websites.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bhairav Aaradhyaa, its founders, operators, contributors, affiliates, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Platform or any of its services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Any spiritual, devotional, or other practice you undertake based on or inspired by the Platform's content
  • Any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Platform
  • Any content or information you submit to the Platform (including questionnaire responses and contact form submissions)

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act 2000 (and its amendments), the Indian Contract Act 1872, and other applicable legislation, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@bhairavaaradhyaa.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

14.2 Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, or failing such agreement, appointed in accordance with the said Act. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

14.3 Exclusive Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue or convenience of the forum.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Platform.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The most current version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform or via email to registered users. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bhairav Aaradhyaa regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
