The Sutra
"Wherever satisfaction is found, in whatever act, actualize this."
Paul Reps translation, Zen Flesh, Zen Bones (1957)
Understanding
The most universal of all the love techniques. Wherever you find satisfaction - in any act at all - ACTUALIZE it. Make it real, total, complete. Do not let it pass as a fleeting moment. Most satisfaction is experienced at 10% intensity because the mind is elsewhere. When you actualize satisfaction fully, at 100%, it becomes cosmic bliss. Every moment of happiness is a door to the infinite.
Original Sanskrit

Vijnanabhairava Verse 77 (Technique 54 of 112)
How to Practice
Notice whenever you feel satisfied, content, or happy - in any activity whatsoever.
The moment you notice it, ACTUALIZE it. Make it fully real. Give it your complete attention.
Do not let the mind wander to the next thing. STAY with this satisfaction.
Let it expand through your entire being. A small satisfaction, fully actualized, becomes immense.
It does not matter what the source is - a warm cup of tea, a completed task, a gentle breeze.
Every satisfaction, when fully met with awareness, reveals the same infinite source of bliss.
Duration
Every moment of satisfaction
Best Time
All day - whenever satisfaction appears
