The Sutra
"Enter space, supportless, eternal, still."
Paul Reps translation, Zen Flesh, Zen Bones (1957)
Understanding
The final technique. The last words of Shiva. Five words that contain everything: Enter space, supportless, eternal, still. Space - not the space of physics, but the space of consciousness. Supportless - needing nothing to lean on, self-existing. Eternal - beyond time, beyond birth and death. Still - the absolute stillness beneath all movement. This is the culmination of all 112 techniques. Enter it.

How to Practice
This is the simplest and most advanced technique simultaneously. It requires no preparation, no method, no gradual approach.
Enter space. Right now. Do not imagine space - BE space. You are already space.
Supportless. Let go of every support - body, mind, beliefs, identity, ground, sky. Need nothing.
Eternal. You were never born, you will never die. This moment is eternal. Feel it.
Still. Beneath the movement of breath, beneath the movement of thought, beneath the movement of atoms - absolute stillness.
Space, supportless, eternal, still. This is your nature. This has always been your nature. Enter it now.
