Sarvadeveśa means "lord of all gods" (sarva = all. deva = god, deity. īśa = lord). This form reveals the hierarchical secret that all gods, Brahma, Vishnu, Indra, Agni, and countless others, are expressions of one supreme consciousness. They are not separate beings competing for worship but different faces, functions, and frequencies of the single divine reality. Sarvadeveśa Bhairava is that underlying unity, the consciousness that manifests as the entire pantheon while remaining beyond all forms.
