Translation
May that matted hair of Bhutesha, bound by a garland in the form of a circlet of serpent-vines, from which flows a stream of the water of the Mandakini pervading the skull and the crest-ornament, from whose forehead-set eye a lightning-like radiance scatters, and in which the moon, confused for the soft, tender flower of the ketaki, mingles, protect you.
Deep Meaning
Lord Shiva's matted hair upon his head is bound with a garland in the form of a circlet of serpent-vines. From it flows a stream of the water of the Mandakini, pervading his crest-ornament and skull. From the eye set in Shiva's forehead a lightning-like radiance scatters. In that state, the beautiful moon creates the illusion of a small, soft ketaki flower. May that matted hair-knot of Lord Shankara protect you all.

Translation
Moistened by the waters of the Ganga, its tips rising like sprouts because of the serpents' hoods, studded with the gems set in the serpents' hoods, and bearing the beauty of a single smiling flower from the digit of the white moon, sprinkled with the smoke-like vapour rising from the fire-eye brimming with tears of joy, may that matted hair of Dhurjati, like a wish-fulfilling creeper, grant you no small abundance of your desired fruit.
Deep Meaning
Lord Shankara's matted hair, that of Dhurjati, is continually sprinkled with the water of the Ganga. Because of the serpents' hoods, the tips of the matted locks appear like upward-rising sprouts. The flame of the gems set in the serpents' hoods scatters throughout the matted hair. Because of the moon's rays, it appears as though a spray of blooming flowers has scattered. Being brimful with tears of joy, like a trail of smoke rising from the fire that is his eye, and like a wish-fulfilling creeper that fulfils every desire, may the matted hair of Lord Dhurjati grant you all your heart's desire.
