नमः शिवायास्तु निरामयाय नमः शिवायास्तु मनोमयाय । नमः शिवायास्तु सुरार्चिताय तुभ्यं सदा भक्तकृपापराय ॥
Transliteration
namaḥ śivāyāstu nirāmayāya namaḥ śivāyāstu manomayāya | namaḥ śivāyāstu surārcitāya tubhyaṃ sadā bhaktakṛpāparāya ||
Translation
Salutations be to Shiva who is free of disease; salutations be to Shiva who is formed of mind; salutations be to Shiva who is worshipped by the gods; to you who are ever intent on grace to devotees!
Deep Meaning
Skanda said: salutation to Shiva, the auspicious one, free from all disease and sorrow. Salutation to Shiva, who dwells within every heart as the mind. Salutation to Shankara, worshipped by all the gods, and to Maheshvara, who always shows compassion to devotees.

Salutations be to Bhava, the source of existence; salutations be to you, the destroyer of Kamadeva; salutations be to you of secret great vows; salutations be to the refuge of Maya's dense forest!

Salutations to the famous great medicine; salutations to you, the remover of all diseases; to the moving and unmoving, giver of discernment, lord of Kumara, salutations to Shiva!

O my Lord, Lord of beings, you are Maheshwara! Lord of desire, Lord of speech, Lord of strength, Lord of intellect! Lord of anger, Lord of delusion, Lord of cause and effect, salutations, Lord of liberation, Lord dwelling in the heart-cave!

And those who evening and morning praise me with great devotion through this hymn composed by you, hear what fruit is theirs:

Shiva said: whoever praises me with this hymn of yours with supreme devotion at dusk and at dawn, hear the fruit that will come to them.

न व्याधिर्न च दारिद्र्यं न चैवेष्टवियोजनम् । भुक्त्वा भोगान् दुर्लभांश्च मम यास्यन्ति सद्म ते ॥
Transliteration
na vyādhir na ca dāridryaṃ na caiveṣṭaviyojanam | bhuktvā bhogān durlabhāṃś ca mama yāsyanti sadma te ||
Translation
No disease, no poverty, nor separation from loved ones shall be theirs; having enjoyed rare delights, they shall go to my abode.
