रत्नैः कल्पितमासनं हिमजलैः स्नानं च दिव्याम्बरं नानारत्नविभूषितं मृगमदामोदाङ्कितं चन्दनम् । जातीचम्पकबिल्वपत्ररचितं पुष्पं च धूपं तथा दीपं देव दयानिधे पशुपते हृत्कल्पितं गृह्यताम् ॥ १ ॥
Transliteration
ratnaiḥ kalpitam āsanaṃ himajalaiḥ snānaṃ ca divyāmbaraṃ nānāratnavibhūṣitaṃ mṛgamadāmodāṅkitaṃ candanam | jātīcampakabilvapatraracitaṃ puṣpaṃ ca dhūpaṃ tathā dīpaṃ deva dayānidhe paśupate hṛtkalpitaṃ gṛhyatām || 1 ||
Translation
A seat fashioned of jewels, a bath of icy water, a divine garment adorned with various gems, sandal-paste marked with the fragrance of musk, a flower arrangement made of jasmine, champak and bilva leaves, and likewise incense and a lamp - O god, ocean of compassion, Pashupati, accept these, fashioned in my heart.

O Lord of the creatures, O ocean of compassion, accept in the heart the seat made of jewels, the bath with cold water, the divine garments, the sandal marked with musk fragrance, the flowers made of jasmine, champak and bilva leaves, the incense and the lamp that I have imagined for you. सौवर्णे नवरत्नखण्डरचिते पात्रे घृतं पायसं भक्ष्यं पञ्चविधं पयोदधियुतं रम्भाफलं पानकम् । शाकानामयुतं जलं रुचिकरं कर्पूरखण्डोज्ज्वलं ताम्बूलं मनसा मया विरचितं भक्त्या प्रभो स्वीकुरु ॥ २ ॥
Transliteration
sauvarṇe navaratnakhaṇḍaracite pātre ghṛtaṃ pāyasaṃ bhakṣyaṃ pañcavidhaṃ payodadhiyutaṃ rambhāphalaṃ pānakam | śākānām ayutaṃ jalaṃ rucikaraṃ karpūrakhaṇḍojjvalaṃ tāmbūlaṃ manasā mayā viracitaṃ bhaktyā prabho svīkuru || 2 ||
Translation
In a golden vessel set with fragments of nine jewels, ghee, rice-pudding, five kinds of food, mixed with milk and curd, plantain fruit, a sweet drink, a crore of vegetables, delightful water, betel brightened with a piece of camphor - O Lord, mentally fashioned by me with devotion, please accept it.

O Lord, accept with devotion the ghee and milk-pudding in a golden vessel set with nine kinds of gems, the five kinds of food with milk and curd, the plantain fruit and the sweet drink, ten kinds of vegetables, pleasant water, the bright camphor, and the betel leaf, which I have prepared in my mind. छत्रं चामरयोर्युगं व्यजनकं चादर्शकं निर्मलं वीणाभेरिमृदङ्गकाहलकला गीतं च नृत्यं तथा । साष्टाङ्गं प्रणतिः स्तुतिर्बहुविधा ह्येतत् समस्तं मया सङ्कल्पेन समर्पितं तव विभो पूजां गृहाण प्रभो ॥ ३ ॥
Transliteration
chatraṃ cāmarayor yugaṃ vyajanakaṃ cādarśakaṃ nirmalaṃ vīṇābherimṛdaṅgakāhalakalā gītaṃ ca nṛtyaṃ tathā | sāṣṭāṅgaṃ praṇatiḥ stutir bahuvidhā hy etat samastaṃ mayā saṅkalpena samarpitaṃ tava vibho pūjāṃ gṛhāṇa prabho || 3 ||
Translation
A parasol, a pair of fly-whisks, a fan, and a clear mirror, the art of the vina, kettle-drum, mridanga and trumpet, song and dance likewise, prostration with eight limbs touching the ground, and praise of many kinds - all this have I offered to you by resolve alone, O mighty Lord; accept this worship, O Lord.
Deep Meaning
Having offered all these things with my mind, I offer my bowing down, my many kinds of praise, the drum-beats, song and dance, and I give all of them to you by resolve alone. O Lord, accept this worship of mine.

आत्मा त्वं गिरिजा मतिः सहचराः प्राणाः शरीरं गृहं पूजा ते विषयोपभोगरचना निद्रा समाधिस्थितिः । सञ्चारः पदयोः प्रदक्षिणविधिः स्तोत्राणि सर्वा गिरो यद्यत्कर्म करोमि तत्तदखिलं शम्भो तवाराधनम् ॥ ४ ॥
Transliteration
ātmā tvaṃ girijā matiḥ sahacarāḥ prāṇāḥ śarīraṃ gṛhaṃ pūjā te viṣayopabhogaracanā nidrā samādhisthitiḥ | sañcāraḥ padayoḥ pradakṣiṇavidhiḥ stotrāṇi sarvā giro yad yat karma karomi tat tad akhilaṃ śambho tavārādhanam || 4 ||
Translation
You are my Self, Girija is my intellect, my life-breaths are your companions, my body is your temple; the arrangement of sense-enjoyments is your worship, the state of deep sleep is my absorption in samadhi; the movement of my feet is the rite of circumambulation around you, and all speech is hymns to you - whatever action I perform, all of it, O Shambhu, is worship of you.
Deep Meaning
O Shambho, you are my self, Girija is my intellect, my life-breaths are your attendants, my body is your temple, all my enjoyment of the senses is your worship, my sleep is absorption in samadhi, my walking is circumambulation of your feet, and all words are your hymns. Thus whatever action I perform is your worship alone.

करचरणकृतं वाक्कायजं कर्मजं वा श्रवणनयनजं वा मानसं वापराधम् । विहितमविहितं वा सर्वमेतत् क्षमस्व जय जय करुणाब्धे श्रीमहादेव शम्भो ॥ ५ ॥
Transliteration
karacaraṇakṛtaṃ vākkāyajaṃ karmajaṃ vā śravaṇanayanajaṃ vā mānasaṃ vāparādham | vihitam avihitaṃ vā sarvam etat kṣamasva jaya jaya karuṇābdhe śrīmahādeva śambho || 5 ||
Translation
Any offence committed by hand or foot, born of speech or body, born of action, or born of ear or eye, or mental - whether sanctioned or unsanctioned - forgive all of this; victory, victory to you, O ocean of compassion, glorious Mahadeva Shambhu.
Deep Meaning
Whatever offences I have committed through hands, feet, speech, body, actions, ears, eyes or mind, whether prescribed or forbidden, forgive them all, O Mahadeva Shambho, ocean of compassion. Victory, victory to you.
