Bhairava Sādhanā

Intensive Spiritual Practice for Transformation and Liberation

"Sādhanā is not something you do. It is what you become."

What is Sādhanā?

Sādhanā (साधना) comes from the Sanskrit root "sādh" meaning "to accomplish" or "to bring to completion." It goes beyond worship or ritual. It is the systematic practice for transforming consciousness itself.

Puja (worship) and japa (mantra repetition) are practices you do occasionally. Sādhanā is an intensive, committed program, typically 11, 40, 90, or 108 consecutive days. You engage with specific practices daily at fixed times, following strict discipline.

The Difference:
Puja = Visiting a deity occasionally
Japa = Talking to the deity regularly
Sādhanā = Becoming ONE with the deity through intensive immersion

Why Bhairava Sādhanā?

Bhairava sādhanā is effective because Bhairava represents direct, unmediated consciousness, the immediate recognition of your true nature beyond all conditioning.

  • For Beginners: Batuk Bhairava sādhanā offers gentle protection, removes obstacles, and builds spiritual foundation
  • For Material Goals: Swarnakarshan Bhairava sādhanā attracts prosperity while maintaining dharmic alignment

🙏
Age Requirement: Intensive sādhanā (especially Tantric practices) is recommended for those 18+ years old
📅
Auspicious Start: Begin on Tuesday, Kalashtami, Amavasya, or during Navratri for maximum potency
Fixed Timing: Practice at the same time daily, preferably during Brahma Muhurta (4-6 AM) or evening twilight
🐕
Bhog Offering: Feed white stray dogs (Swarnakarshan), or offer to cows, trees, or nature
🧘
Consistency is KEY: Missing even one day breaks the sādhanā. You must restart from day 1
