Introduction
Sarvabhūta-hṛdi Bhairava dwells in the hearts of all beings as the inner witness and universal self.
Detailed Understanding
Sarvabhūta-hṛdi means "in the hearts of all beings" (sarva = all. bhūta = beings, creatures. hṛdi = in the heart). This form represents the teaching that the same consciousness witnessing through your eyes is witnessing through every pair of eyes. The divine is not distant in heaven but present in the heart-center of every living being. Sarvabhūta-hṛdi Bhairava is the shared inner self (ātman) that makes all beings fundamentally one despite apparent separation.
